Windows 7: What is all the hype
about?
It seems that we can never get a way
from Microsoft and their creating a
new Operating System for all of us
to learn. When Vista came out there
was so much hype about how great it
was going to be and how it would
change the world of computing as we
knew it.
What happened? Well to put it
nicely, not what everyone had
expected. Vista was a flop. It came
out too quickly and in return had
many bugs that were and in some
cases still are, annoying and
unacceptable.
Welcome Windows 7.
Windows 7 is what Vista was suppose
to be and so much more. Microsoft
was able to get it right this time
and boy did they do a great job in
my opinion. Windows 7 has the same
new look that was introduced to us
through Vista, but has the
performance and stability that we
grew to love from XP. I'm not going
to go into great detail about all
the changes here. To put it quite
simply, I feel that Windows 7 is a
great product for the masses to
consider switching to.
Like everything else in the world,
Windows 7 will not be suitable for
everyone, so be sure to weigh all
the pros and cons when it comes to
switching. We here at Antrim
